Payment of Services
We accept cash and all major credit cards for service payments. We ask that gratuity be cash only.
Appointment Confirmation & Cancellation Policy
It is important that all guests confirm or reschedule/cancel their appointments at least twenty-four hours in advance. A confirmation text/call/email will be sent at least twenty-four hours prior to the appointment. Guests who wish to hold their reservation must respond when contacted. Unconfirmed appointments will be canceled to accommodate guests on our waitlist. Guests who wish to reschedule or cancel their appointments are asked to give at least twenty-four hours notice. Same-day cancelations will result in a $50 cancelation fee. We will also require a deposit be left for any future appointments when cancelations occur less than twenty-four hours before scheduled appointments.
